Terms & Conditions
This policy was last updated on 18 August 2026.
By creating an account or purchasing a course on bankersclub.in, you agree to the following terms.
1. What we offer
BankersClub provides self-study preparation material for internal bank promotion exams (Clerk → Scale I, Scale I → Scale II, Scale II → Scale III, with further tiers planned), consisting of written chapters, key-facts summaries, and practice MCQs, organised by module and chapter. Free preview chapters are available on every tier without payment; full chapter sets, complete MCQ banks, and mock tests require a one-time paid enrolment.
2. Accounts
You’re responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information when registering.
3. Payment and access
Paid courses are one-time purchases (not subscriptions) processed via Razorpay. On successful payment, you get access to that course’s full content for 365 days from the date of purchase. Prices shown at checkout are the final price payable, inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
4. Refunds
See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for the 7-day refund terms.
5. Acceptable use
Course content is licensed for your personal, individual use. You may not resell, redistribute, screenshot-and-share, or publish course material elsewhere. Accounts found sharing paid access may be suspended without refund.
6. Content accuracy
We research and cross-check content against RBI Master Directions, IBA circulars, and bank HR circulars, and update it as regulations change. However, banking regulations and internal bank policies can change, and content may occasionally lag a very recent change. Our material is a study aid, not a substitute for your bank’s official circulars — always verify scheme-specific or bank-specific details against your own bank’s current internal instructions.
7. No outcome guarantee
We do not guarantee that using our course will result in passing any specific promotion exam. Exam outcomes depend on many factors beyond our content, including the specific exam pattern set by your bank in a given cycle.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
9. Contact
This is a plain-language summary and not a substitute for legal advice.
