Privacy Policy
This policy was last updated on 18 August 2026.
BankersClub (“we”, “us”, “our”) publishes bankersclub.in, a website offering banking-exam study content, calculators, and paid promotion-exam preparation courses. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and how it’s handled.
Information we collect
- Account information. When you register for a free account, we collect your name, email address, a password (stored in hashed form by WordPress — we never see or store it in plain text), and the promotion scale you’re preparing for.
- Payment information. Course payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not collect or store your card, UPI, or netbanking details on our servers — Razorpay handles this directly and we only receive confirmation that a payment succeeded, plus the amount and order reference.
- Usage data. We track which chapters you read, mock test attempts and scores, and general site analytics (via Google Analytics) to improve the course and measure what’s working.
- Communications. If you contact us by email or join our WhatsApp channel, we retain that correspondence to respond to you and improve our support.
How we use your information
- To create and maintain your account and course access.
- To process payments and grant access to paid content via Razorpay.
- To send you course-related updates, exam-relevant news, and (if you’ve opted in) WhatsApp channel updates.
- To improve our content and product based on aggregate usage patterns.
What we don’t do
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share your data with advertisers for targeting purposes beyond standard Google Ads/AdSense functionality on our free content pages, which operates under Google’s own privacy terms.
Third parties we use
- Razorpay — payment processing (PCI-DSS compliant; see Razorpay’s privacy policy).
- Google Analytics / Google AdSense — site analytics and, on free content pages, advertising.
- Webpushr / WhatsApp — optional notification channels you can opt out of at any time.
Your rights
You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and associated data, by writing to bankersclub.in@gmail.com. We’ll respond within a reasonable time, generally within 7 days.
Data retention
We retain account and course-activity data for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward for accounting and dispute-resolution purposes.
